Abstract
The invention relates to veterinary medicine, namely, to methods for activation of reparative processes in liver at development of inflammatory, distrophic and other pathological changes, which provides the use of liposomal form of biologically active additive of hepatoprotective and hepatoregenerative action in hepatology for prevention and treatment of hepatites and hepatoses of various aetiology in animals, as well as an agent for "medicamentous background" when using preparations with hepatotoxic activity. The invention consists in that the veterinary biologically active additive of liposomal form contains lipid mix of lubricator, mix of unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins А and Е, has liquid liposomal form (solvent phosphate buffer with pН 7.5) and contains lipid mix of lubricator, which, preferable, consists of phospholipids, and a mix of unsaturated fatty acids (70 % linolenic acid, the rest are linolic, oleic and other acids), in the folowing ratio: lipid mix of lubricator: mix of unsaturated fatty acids - 0.7- 0.9:0.49-0.63 and vitamins of liposoluble group, namely:-tocopherol – 42.0-56.0 mg and retinol acetate - 14000-19600 UO calculated for of biologically active additive. A method for reparative therapy in hepatitis and fatty hepatosis is also claimed, which comprises the complex oral administration of veterinary biologically active additive of the liposomal additive according to the invention, which is given orally to animals, patients with hepatitis and fatty hepatosis, in a dose of 0.9-1.4 ml per of body weight after minimal period of use from 3 weeks to 3 months.
