Abstract

The method for increasing the antidromic function of sensor peptidergic perivascular fibers and the reactivity of microvasculature comprises the record of the blood flow in the skin. The stimulating electrode is placed onto the ventral surface of the mid-wrist. The optical electrode is placed at the distance of of the stimulating electrode. The electrostimulation of the sensor fibers is provided at the frequency of 2 Hz, pulse duration of 500 µs, current intensity less than 0.5 mA with following increment by 0.5 mA until the perception of the pain in the area of stimulation for 1 minute. Simultaneously, the perfusion is recorded by laser Doppler flowmetry with the following parameters as the interval between the beginning of stimulation and the onset of the increased perfusion, the total duration of the period of the increased perfusion. The corresponding parameters prior to and after electrostimulation are compared. Then, the symmetrical biologically active points E-36, MC-6 and GI-4 are exposed to low intensity electromagnetic irradiation of superhigh frequency for 30 minutes. The electrostimulation is repeated. The parameters of the tissue blood flow are recorded and compared. Finally, the increased antidromic function of sensor peptidergic perivascular fibers and the reactivity of microvasculature are assessed.
