Abstract

Изобретение касается измельчающего валка (1), который предназначен для валковой мельницы, в состав которой входят два измельчающих валка, установленных с возможностью встречного вращения с образованием между ними зазора для измельчаемого продукта, в частности, валковой мельницы с измельчением в сжатом слое материала, и состоит из изготовленного из стали основания (2) валка и изготовленной из твердого материала оболочки, нанесенной на основание валка методом плазменного наплавления порошковых покрытий, в котором для улучшения износостойкости и эксплуатационного поведения основание (2) валка изготовлено из низкоуглеродистой, низколегированной специальной стали, а твердая оболочка (3) изготовлена из низкоуглеродистого, высоколегированного сплава, причем низколегированная сталь и высоколегированный сплав имеют содержание углерода 0,3 мас. %.
