Abstract

CILINDRO DE MOAGEM. A presente invenção refere-se a um cilindro de moagem (1) que pode ser montado em um moinho de cilindros, em particular, em um moinho de cilindros de leito de material que apresenta dois cilindros de moagem (1), acionados em sentido contrário, e que formam uma fenda entre si para o material a ser moído, e que compreende um corpo de base do cilindro (2) de aço, e uma casca de material duro (3) aplicada nele por meio de solda por superposição de pó e plasma, deverá ser criada uma solução, com a qual possa ser obtido um melhor comportamento de desgaste e de operação de tais cilindros de moagem. Isto é obtido pelo fato de que, o corpo de base do cilindro (2) é constituído de um aço cementado, de baixo teor de carbono de baixa liga, e a casca de material dum (3) é constituída de um material de aço de baixo teor de carbono de alta liga.
