Abstract

Disclosed is a scaffold which is formed by bars (1), longitudinal and transversal beams (2, 3), a scaffold coating (4), railings (5), and sway bracing (6). At least the longitudinal and transversal beams (2, 3) are formed by a wooden framework consisting of chords (7) and sticks (8). The sticks (8) are fastened to the chords (7) by means of sheet metal brackets (9) while the ends of the beams (2, 3) are covered with sheet metal.
