Abstract

An activator of composite polymer suspension comprises an airtight vertically installed container, which consists of a vertical cylindrical section with a lid equipped with a central inlet with a plug valve and a lower vertical cylindrical section with a bottom mounted on shock absorbers and equipped with a central outlet with a plug valve. Between the sections a membrane is horizontally installed, from the lower part of which a magnetostrictive transducer and a toroidal concentrator with holes are secured, which are placed on its lower shelf close to the inner surface of a hollow hemispherical concentrator with a central hole secured from its lower part. To the inner surface of lower concentrator along the contour of the central hole a hollow hemispherical concentrator with a central hole is attached. From the upper side of the membrane a toroidal concentrator with an upper central hole and a lower central hole is secured, which is larger than the plane described by the holes of membrane. To the upper shelf of toroidal concentrator from the inner side a hollow hemispherical concentrator with a central hole is also secured.
