Description of the invention
Wave power plant (hereinafter HPP) "Molyusk" - a device for obtaining electricity by utilizing 2 sea wind waves and ripples, using the principle of the "screw-nut" mechanism.
HPP "Molyusk" belongs to the installations for the production of ecologically clean electricity with the installation at the bottom of the water area at the appropriate depth sensitive to the differences of maximum and minimum waves.
М.The proposed model of the device is an alternative solution in comparison with the existing HPP O.M.
Slobodyuk (patent MO 20067A, 95083684 dated 12.25.97), where the author proposed a device that has a floating 70 body, the basis of which is the operation of the "screw-nut" mechanism. The installation, anchored by means of a screw and an elastic suspension, under the influence of waves makes a reciprocating movement and activates the "screw-nut" mechanism. The nut, rotating around the screw, rests on the rotor of the generator and transmits a torque to it. The disadvantage of the proposed design is the problem of transmitting electricity to the consumer, as the installation is in constant motion and this requires additional costs for special cable products of considerable value.
2.The essence of the invention is that the installation, being in a stationary underwater state, is completely isolated from the influence of an aggressive environment (sea water), does not require an expensive special cable to transmit electricity to the consumer and is ventilated from the inside with air from the air of the wire, which simultaneously performs the function of a pressure compensator air from the reciprocating movement of the membrane. The installation is shown in Fig. 2.
The device consists of a cylindrical body 1, in the center of which there is a tubular support 2 and a bearing
A screw 4 passes through, rigidly attached to the membrane 5, which is hermetically connected to the housing 1 by means of an elastic cuff 6. A nut 7 is placed on the screw 4, which is freely twisted, resting on the rotor 8 of the generator 9. The rotor 8 rests on the bearing 3. In housing 1, there is an air duct 10, which leads to the shore. Through duct 10, the electric cable is led to the consumer. The lower end of the screw 4 rests on the spring 11, which (3) is located in the tubular support 2. The body 1 is equipped with chambers 12 for ballast water.
11.The basis of the operation of the HPP "Molyusk" with hermetic cylindrical body 1 and support 2 is the principle of operation of the "screw-nut" mechanism, which is driven in reciprocating motion under the action of water pressure at N tah, typ. The wave passing through the membrane 5 presses it to the maximum (Fig. 1, left side), from which the membrane 5, -- moving down, moves the screw 4, the nut 7 at the same time, rotating around the axis of the screw 4, rests on the "I rotor 8 of the generator 9 and transmits the torque to it. At the same time, the spring 11 is compressed. After passing the maximum at the minimum water pressure H type (Fig. 1, right side), the spring 11 pushes the membrane 5 through the screw 4 as far as possible upwards, while the nut 7 is freely twisted on the screw 4 and becomes the initial "f" position before the onset of the next wave maximum . During this period, the rotor 8 of the generator 9 rotates due to its mass as an inertial body. When the next maximum of the wave approaches, the process is repeated. The elastic cuff 6 prevents water from entering the body 1 and allows the membrane 5 to move back and forth due to the action of the waves and the spring 11.
During the operation of the membrane, there is a need to compensate for the air pressure in the unit housing, for which an air duct is provided, which can simultaneously serve as a channel for laying the electric cable to the consumer, with a 50 ventilation channel to prevent the equipment from getting wet in the CHP housing. c In housing 1, ballast chambers 12 are provided, which, when filled with water, flood the HPP for installation on
From" the selected area of the bottom of the water area. In the event of a need for equipment repair or inspection, air can be pumped into chamber 12; at the same time, the installation will float to the surface.
In addition to the effect of obtaining ecologically clean electricity, this installation will perform a coastal protection function, absorbing wave energy, thereby reducing its impact on the coastline, which in turn will reduce the cost of coastal fortification. sh» av)
