Abstract

Vertical scrubber with drip pan of cyclone type contains a casing, a container for water, a discharge unit. Fine cleaning of high-temperature gases is made by combination of three consecutive steps of cleaning: scrubber of film type, drip pan of inertial shock type and drip pan of cyclone type.

Description

The invention relates to the field of dust collection and purification of high-temperature gases from pollutants. The vertical scrubber with a cyclone-type droplet catcher is designed for fine cleaning of high-temperature gases in metallurgical, chemical and other industries.

The well-known vertical scrubber (|1|) is designed for fine air purification from dust of medium and fine dispersion in the iron and lithium industry. The scrubber has a body that is a vertical cylinder with tangentially located nozzles, a water tank, and a drain block.

A cyclone for cleaning polluted air in the textile industry is also known (2II, in which the axial exhaust pipe is installed in such a way that it can rotate under the influence of the polluted air flow entering the cyclone.

The invention "Vertical scrubber with cyclone-type droplet catcher" is based on the task of creating a high-efficiency filter with high blunting of high-temperature gas purification by combining three sequentially established stages of air purification from dust: a film-type scrubber, an inertia-impact type dust collector and a cyclone-type droplet catcher 7 - 96.00-99.0095.

In fig. shown is a vertical scrubber with a cyclone-type drip catcher. The figure shows: 1 - vertical scrubber; 2 - cyclone-type droplet catcher; C - inlet pipe of polluted air; 4 - scrubber body; 5 - water capacity; 6 - air outlet from the tank; 7 - water level; 8 - sloping bottom of the scrubber; 9 - drain pipe with a folding flap; 10 - drain block; 11 - filter mesh on the drain; 12 - tangential inlet pipe to the droplet catcher; 13 - internal pipe for removing purified air; 14 - outlet pipe for purified air; 15 - pipeline for draining water into the sewer.
