Abstract
A method comprises the processing of surface by jet of nitrogen-containing plasma with weight-average temperature of jet 6000-10000 K with subsequent cooling. The processing is carried out at the rate of fluxion of plasma jet of 500-700 m/s for some thermal cycles. After the first of thermal cycle is carried out quenching of surface layer of detail, and subsequent cycles is carried out heating of surface layer within the limits of 775-975 K and cooling at the temperature of 425-475 K by jet of inert gas.
