Abstract
A method for production of yeast buns involves making the buns by means of preliminary kneading of the sponge with part of the flour, water, yeast, and then kneading a dough from the rest of the flour, water, sugar, salt, m?lange, melted margarine and dry fucus powder, forming half-finished products as balls and baking thereof. The ready products are coated by sugar powder. While making the bakeryproducts, at the stage of kneading the dough the dry fucus powder in an amount of 2% of the mass of the wheat powder is additionally introduced.
