Abstract
Способ ваграночной плавки высокопрочного коррозионно-стойкого чугуна включает введение в вагранку кокса, флюса и металлической шихты с включением отходов литейного чугуна, стальных отходов и брикетов на основе чугунной стружки, введение легирующих присадок и примесей, последующее нагревание и плавление. В качестве металлической шихты используют брикеты, механически спрессованные при удельном давлении 1800-2000 кг/см2 из однородной смеси в составе чугунной стружки. Используют стружку сталей мартенситного класса и порошки легирующих присадок, а также примесей, которые оказывают содействие графитизации, преимущественно в виде порошка 75 %-го ферросилиция и/или силикокальция, древесной стружки и опилок, взятых в объемном соотношении 3:0,5:(0,2 0,3):1 соответственно. Брикеты из указанной смеси прессуют на гидравлическом прессе в виде цилиндрических шайб диаметром 100 мм и высотой 50-60 мм с обеспечением плотности смеси 3,5 г/см3.
