Abstract
A process comprises the preparation of foam from solution of liquid glass and naphthenate soap with simultaneous preparation of binder, mixing of binder with foam. The binder is prepared by preliminary mixed grinding of slag and expanded perlite sand in ratio by mass (7.3 – 13):1 to specific surface area of 450-500 m/kg, and after that the grind is added to foam, mixed for 3 – 4 min., after that the expanded perlite sand of fraction 1.25 mm in quantity of 3-4 % from grind mass is additionally added and final mixing is carried out for 2 – 3 min.
