The cart 1 with the base 6 installed on it rolls along the rails of the track 2 parallel to the row of furnaces 3. It is stopped near the furnace into which the base 6 is planned to be loaded, the cover 17 is opened and the rails 5 of the table 2gv are centered. their ends are covered with tips 9. The loading of the pod 6 (see Fig. 1) is carried out by tilting the plane of the table 4 towards the furnace 3. When pod 6 is loaded into the furnace, its front wheels roll from rails 5 along the tips 9 to rails 8 until they reach the stop 18. When the loading is finished, the gate 17 is closed.

Unloading of the floor according to option 1 (see Fig. 2) is carried out after the empty cart 1 is dedented relative to the track 8 of the furnace and the tips 9 close the gap between the rails of the table 4 and the furnace 3. Then, with the help of power cylinders 11, slowly raise the edge of the platform 12 until the pod b with blanks 7 starts moving in the direction of the cart 1. The lifting of the platform 12 is stopped, and when the movement of the pod 6 needs to be slowed down, the edge of the platform 12 is lowered. When the pod b is unloaded from the furnace, its wheels roll from the rails 8 along the tips 9 to the rails 5 until they reach the stop 19. The unloading is finished, the gate 17 is closed.

The floor b is unloaded according to option 2 (see Fig. 3) after the empty cart 1 is centered relative to the track 8 of the furnace and the tips 9 cover the gap between the rails of the table 4 and the furnace 3. Then the rope 15 is attached to the floor 6 with a hook 16, turn on winch 13 and pull under 6 with heated blanks 7 on rails 5 of the trolley table. The unloading is finished, shelter 17 is closed.
