Abstract
Способ профилактического лечения помутнения роговицы при проведении фоторефракционной кератэктомии включает в себя применение медикаментозного препарата. Хирургическим путем выкраивают и перемещают эпителиальный лоскут. После абляции применяют интраоперационно 0,02% раствор митомицина, которым насыщают роговицу в зоне кератэктомии на протяжении 2 минут.
