Abstract

A repair technological complex for high-speed passenger rail vehicles includes a repair room, a rail facility for car displacement inside it, a portal frame moving along the track, and repair platforms mounted on it. At least three rail tracks are mounted in the room, between which and from outside of end rail tracks technological compartments are located. Both vertical posts of each of the frames are equipped with a driving lift for displacement of working platforms, at least on one of them a driving lift is located for displacement of a beam crane with a hoist, and the upper horizontal part of the frame is equipped with a mobile driving hoist. The complex is additionally equipped with an air duct for heating lower surfaces of the train connected with relevant influx-and-extract installations and installed in the technological pit between the rails, an air duct for heating the roofs of cars attached to the roof of the room, an air duct for heating train bogies installed on the floor of the room at the level of the car wheel base, and an air duct for heating the shop.
