An invention is related to the technique of fruit processing, mainly apples, and can be used in the food industry. The invention serves the purpose of intensifying the process of fruit powder obtaining and enhancing its quality. A line to obtain a powder from the raw fruit material is defined as an intensive technologic process; it has two sections ( 11& 13 ) of a drying mechanism ( 10 ), a distributor ( 16 ) for multiple agitation of the raw fruit material, an appliance ( 20 ) for friability obtaining, an appliance ( 23 ) for turning and throwing down the raw fruit material. The drying mechanism ( 10 ) has a refrigerator ( 26 ) of recuperative type making possibility of quick cooling the dried material for reaching a high concentration of vitamins.
