Завданням винаходу є підвищення якості композиційної суміші для захисту, відновлення, ремонту археологічних, будівельних, технологічних та інших об'єктів і розробка способу її приготування. Поставлена задача розв'язується використанням композиційної суміші з трьох частин: Перша складова частина суміші, маса, %: Молотий портландцементний клінкер 60-65 Нітріт-нітрат кальцію 1-2 Вода решта Друга складова частина суміші, маса, %: Портландцемент М 500 33-34 Пісок кварцовий митий 48-50 Вода решта Третя складова частина суміші, маса, %: Молотий портландцементний клінкер 60-65 Сульфат натрію 0,5-1 Алюмінієва пудра 1-2 Вода решта Спосіб приготування композиційної суміші включає перемішування складових та їх активацію шляхом віброобробки, причому спочатку молотий портландцементний клінкер з водою, при водоцементному співвідношенні 0,38:0,42 піддається активації шляхом віброобробки частотою 14 000-16 000 кол/хв. протягом 35-45 хв., а за 5-7 хв. до закінчення віброактивації в одержаний колоїдний цементний клей вводять нітріт-нітрат кальцію в першому випадку та сульфіт натрію і алюмінієву пудру - в третьому.The invention relates to the field of repair, protection and restoration of archaeological, construction, structural, technological and other objects.
