Abstract

Даний винахід стосується способу ідентифікації речовин з потенційною гербіцидною або регулюючою ріст дією. Спосіб ідентифікації речовин проявляється в інгібуванні або інактивації рослинного процесу переносу. Спочатку протеїн-переносник одержують гетеро логічною експресією послідовності ДНК, що кодує цей протеїн-переносник, у трансгенному організмі або трансгенних клітинах. Потім цей рекомбінантний організм як єдине ціле або трансгенні клітини використовують для дослідження хімічної сполуки на її інгібіторну дію відносно зазначеного протеїну-переносника. Сполуку додатково досліджують на активність стосовно організму або клітини.
