Abstract
The invention relates to energy engineering and can he used for schist processing plants, which use different quality schist and the mixture thereof with other components for producing high-calorific combustion products and different chemical products. The inventive plant comprises series-arranged a loading hopper (1), air-fountain drier (2), separator (3), transporting device (4), mixer (5), drum-type reactor (6) provided with a horizontal axis of rotation, a dividing chamber (7), air-fountain-type processing furnace (8), heat carrier separator (9), whose output is connected to the mixer (5) and an ash separator (10) connected to the heat carrier separator (9). Said plant also comprises a waste heat boiler (11) which is arranged between the ash separator (10) and air-fountain drier (2) and is used for producing process steam, an ashy heat exchanger (15) placed at the ash output of the ash separator (10), wherein the heat-discharge pipes of the heat exchanger are connected to the process furnace (8). Said invention makes it possible to recover excessive heat of the products obtained by means of the plant and to increase the heat efficiency thereof.
