Abstract
Спосіб одержання гелю гідроокису алюмінію передбачає змішування розчину солі металу з лужним реагентом. Отриману суспензію гідроокису алюмінію відмивають відфільтрованою обезсоленою водою і концентрують шляхом ультрафільтрації при температурі 30 - 50 °С і тиску Па. Процес відмивання виконують в режимі діафільтрації при постійному об'ємі суспензії. Потім суспензію гелю фільтрують і стерилізують. Всі операції проводять в асептичних умовах. Спосіб дозволяє скоротити тривалість процесу і забезпечити бактеріоскопічну чистоту сорбенту.The method of obtaining aluminum hydroxide gel involves mixing a solution of a metal salt with an alkaline reagent. The resulting suspension of aluminum hydroxide is washed with filtered desalinated water and concentrated by ultrafiltration at a temperature of 30 - 50 ° C and a pressure of PA. The washing process is performed in the diafiltration mode with a constant volume of suspension. The gel suspension is then filtered and sterilized. All operations are performed under aseptic conditions. The method allows to reduce the duration of the process and to ensure bacterioscopic purity of the sorbent.
