Abstract

Method for production of building panels according to which one makes profiles of thin-wall sheet zinc-coated steel, with perforating those, one assembles frames of building panels, punches the nodes with thread-cutting screws, one covers the frame with heat-insulation material that is protected from inside with vapor-insulating film and inner plate, and at outside – with hydro-insulation film, heater and outer plate. For assemblage of frame of wall panels on mounting table one places the upper and the lower U-like profiles with fixation of those in horizontal position, to the lower U-like profile one fixes vertical standpipes made of C-like profile, to those one attaches short links made of U-like profile for arrangement of window and door openings. One punches all the units and joints with thread-cutting screws or rivets. For assemblage of frame of floor panels on mounting table one lays C-like profiles in horizontal positions and U-like profiles in vertical positions with connection of two C-like profiles to T-beam with thread-cutting screws and with placement of T-beams in parallel to each other in horizontal positions. After that at assemblage section one assembles one-side building panels with installation of hydro-insulation film and with covering frame with magnesite plate, with sewing connection of magnesite plate with frame with thread-cutting screws. For assemblage of two-side panels, to pre-fabricated one-side panels at section of mounting of communications one places crimped hose with inner wire for drawing at construction site of electric cables, communication cables, heating pipes. After mounting communications those are displaced to thermo-insulation section where one tightly fills the cavities of the panel with cellulose heater. After that one arranged noise-absorbing strip, vapor-insulation film and magnesite plate with sewing with thread-cutting screws. After that one-side and two-side building panels are displaced to section of outer finishing where those are finished with façade finishing materials.
