Abstract

Movable waste-processing installation includes furnace with burner, fire grate, loading unit and afterburnier, recuperator, gas purification filter, ventilator, smoke suction, compressor, system for slag and dust removal, console-rotary tap, chimney and two catalytic reactors, second recuperator, two smoke coolers, centrifugal-vortex dust trap and adsorption filter installed on platform. On the section of smoke separation second catalytic reactor is installed after the first smoke cooler and centrifugal-vortex dust trap, adsorption filter is installed after the second smoke cooler and filter for gas purification, and to afterburner nozzle is mounted for sprinkling alkaline solution. Afterburner is made as two-section one. First section of afterburner is equipped with labyrinth partitions. Nozzle for sprinkling alkaline solution is mounted to ceiling of second section of afterburner.
