Abstract
Винахід відноситься до медицини, а саме, до мікробіології, зокрема, до одержання препаратів для визначення стану антидифтерійного імунітету. Спосіб одержання антигену для діагностики дифтерії здійснюється шляхом вирощування дифтерійної культури на щільному жи-вильному середовищі з подальшою відмивкою фізіологічним розчином, екстракцією активного начала 0,85% NaCl з чергуванням заморожування і від танення. Як вихідна сировина використовується клітинна маса Coryne-bacterium diphtheriae штама РW-8, що є відходом виробництва дифтерійного анатоксина, яку знезаражують етанолом у відношенні 2-3 об'єму спирту на один об’єм біомаси з подальшою промивкою фізіологічним розчином, розтиранням на холоді в 0,3-0,8% розчині комплексоутворювача при рН 7,8-8,1, відділенням екстракту центрифугуванням при 6000g, додатковим центрифугуванням при 18000g, діалізом.
