Abstract

The invention relates to the metallurgy, in particular, to the production of alloys for steel deoxidation. A method for ferroaluminium production includes a melting in the ladle of aluminium by supplying with the burner of gas-oxygen mixture and subsequent pouring into the ladle of liquid melt of cast-iron or steel from other ladle or melting plant. Melting in the ladle of aluminium is carried out with the rate of (0.03...0.07) t/min. in the reducing atmosphere. Pouring into the ladle of liquid melt of cast-iron or steel is carried out with the temperature which on (30...50)°C exceeds a liquidus temperature, at that time of holding molten aluminum in a ladle (time between its complete melting and pouring into the ladle of liquid melt of cast-iron or steel) makes not more than 15 minutes.
