Abstract

Heater to heat moving thermoplastic thread has heating surface with thread guides placed on it, along those thread is directed along heating surface at some distance from it, thread guides at input and output of heater. Heating surface is outer surface of heating pipe. Thread guides are arranged as circular segments fixed on heating pipe and placed at least at part of its periphery. Thread guides are mutually displaced in circular direction of heating pipe to provide displacement of thread along last one in steep screw line.
