The proposed technical solution belongs to the safety explosives intended for the destruction of 2 rocks in the pits of the mine workings of coal mines, dangerous due to explosions of methane and coal dust, as well as in mines developing coal seams, which are dangerous due to sudden emissions of coal, rock and gas.
During blasting and rocking on formations that are dangerous due to sudden releases, only special explosives (BP) - preventive ones - are allowed. A distinctive feature of these explosives is that they have a reduced ignition capacity, which is characterized by the value of the limit charge, i.e. 70 the maximum mass of the explosive charge, during the explosion of which ignition of the explosive environment does not occur. In addition, the charges of these BPs must have high resistance against burnout. These properties are preventive
9о:BPs are achieved by introducing into their composition special inhibitor salts that prevent the methane oxidation reaction during the explosion of the charge, and flame extinguishers that reduce the flammability of BPs, i.e. ignition, in case of failure or extinction of the detonation process in the charge. 12 A known protective explosive containing ingredients in the following ratio, wt. 9 o'clock:

юThe well-known safety BP contains sodium chloride, which is an inhibitor of the methane oxidation reaction with oxygen - air and does not contain a flame extinguisher, so this BP has high flammability. As a result, the main disadvantages of known safety explosives include low water resistance and resistance against the burning of explosive charges during blasting. However, this BP has a high efficiency, which ensures the efficiency of blasting operations. yu

Sodium nitrate rest « 70 (see author's record Mo1415681, former USSR, СО6В31/20, not publ... not with This VR contains a flame retardant (calcium carbon dioxide), which reduces flammability, and therefore it has sufficient stability against the burning of charges during blasting in mines. The inhibitor of the methane oxidation reaction is formed during the explosion of BP as a result of the chemical interaction of ammonium chloride with sodium nitrate (sodium nitrate). Due to this, it has high safety properties. 35 The main disadvantage of the known safety explosive, specified for the prototype, has a low efficiency, which does not ensure the necessary effectiveness of demolition work. This is due to the fact that the ZVR contains a flame retardant and an inhibitor of methane oxidation, but the energy additive - polystyrene foam, which ensures the necessary efficiency, contains very little. e For particularly dangerous conditions for conducting blasting operations in mining pits and during earthquakes, 50% planting of such a level of protective properties of BP dos daddy But there is not enough work capacity, which negatively affects the effectiveness of demolition works. sl The useful model is based on the task of creating a safety explosive, in which, due to the introduction of an energy additive that increases performance and at the same time is a highly effective oxidizer of combustible ingredients in the composition during the explosion of the charge, as well as a combustible additive that absorbs nitrogen oxides 59, when it releases energy, increases the efficiency of the explosive substance without reducing its protective properties.
90:The task is solved due to the fact that a safety explosive containing a mixture of nitroglycerin with diethylene glycol dinitrate in a ratio of 60/40 to 70/30, sodium nitrate, ammonium chloride, expanded polystyrene, sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose, calcium stearate and calcium carbonate, according to with a useful model, contains granular porous or water-resistant ammonium nitrate and a flammable additive - nitrocellulose with the following ratio of ingredients, wt. 90:

Nitrocellulose 12 kg (0.495) shsh s Ammonium nitrate granular porous 57.Okg (19.095) :z» Dry components are mixed for 5-6 minutes. Next, liquid nitroethers are added to them for 5-6 minutes, which are poured into the mixer in separate portions, measured with a special measuring device. As soon as Z36b,Okg (12,090) of nitroethers are poured into the mixer, it is turned on for 15-20 minutes in order to evenly mix the mass of BP. Then the resulting mass is unloaded and loaded into paper sleeves with a diameter of 36b, Omm, which are moisture-insulated with a mixture of paraffin and petrolatum. 1 To determine the main characteristics of the proposed safety BP, experimental compositions were made.

Технологія виробництва цієї запобіжної вибухової речовини не відрізняється від існуючої, прийнятої для серійного виробництва вугленіту 13П/1..The results of the tests, which are given in the table, show that the use of granular ammonium nitrate significantly increases the workability and limit charge of BP in the corner mortar. This indicates that the level of protective properties of the proposed protective explosive increases by 2-4 times. The higher safety 7/5 properties of BP allow to significantly increase the safety of blasting and shock landing in dangerous conditions, and the increase in performance will increase their efficiency. The production technology of this safety explosive does not differ from the existing one adopted for serial production of carbonite 13P/1..
