A windmill has wind wheels of cylinder type equipped with guide screens installed on radial traverses, vanes for directing wind wheels with screens to wind and electric generator with rotor and counterrotor. To increase power and to reduce in consumption of materials the windmill additionally includes central rotary mast with symmetrical guide deflector.
