Abstract

Пристрій магнітної обробки рідини містить циліндричний корпус, виконаний з можливістю з'єднання з трубопроводами підведення та відведення рідини, та встановлений усередині нього магнітний блок у вигляді набору кільцевих постійних магнітів з конусними наконечниками, розміщений в корпусі пристрою з кільцевим зазором, і стабілізатор потоку рідини. Магнітний блок у вигляді набору постійних кільцевих магнітів покритий тонким шаром нікелю і між кожним магнітом є феромагнітні прокладки, розміщений він по осі пристрою, а стабілізатор потоку рідини виконаний у вигляді розподільних решіток, розміщених також на цьому стрижні по торцях магнітного блока, на вищезгаданому стрижні і на розподільних решітках закріплені вищезгадані конусні наконечники. При цьому, кільцевий зазор виконаний в корпусі вздовж його внутрішньої стінки спіральним з кратністю кроку, що дорівнює шести, утворюючи при цьому шість отворів для входу рідини і шість отворів для її виходу, крім того, кількість постійних кільцевих магнітів у блоці кратна трьом, а довжина магнітного блока щодо його діаметра становить (1:1-1:1,2), крім того, з'єднання корпусу з трубопроводами підведення та відведення рідини здійснюється за допомогою конусних кришок з патрубками. 1The device for magnetic treatment of liquid contains a cylindrical body, made with the possibility of connection with pipelines of supply and discharge of liquid, and a magnetic block installed inside it in the form of a set of ring permanent magnets with conical tips, placed in the body of the device with an annular gap, and a stabilizer of the flow of liquid. At the same time, the annular gap is made in the housing along its inner wall in a spiral with a step multiple equal to six, thus forming six holes for the entry of liquid and six holes for its exit, in addition, the number of permanent ring magnets in the block is a multiple of three, and the length of the magnetic block in relation to its diameter is (1:1-1:1.2), in addition, the connection of the housing with the supply and discharge pipelines of the liquid is carried out with the help of conical covers with nozzles. 1
