A useful model belongs to the field of medicine, namely the use of the infusional complex drug Reosorbilact of multifunctional action to normalize the indicators of the blood coagulation system in order to prevent thromboembolic complications in operated patients with right lung cancer after right-sided pulmonectomy in the early postoperative period.
The relevance of the subject of the useful model is connected with the increase in the incidence of right lung cancer and the increase in the number of total right lung removal operations.
Oncology patients with cancer of the right lung with total damage have a tendency to clot formation. In patients with cancer of the right lung, after right-sided pulmonectomy, the possibility of internal thrombosis increases due to impaired blood microcirculation.
Oncology patients with right lung cancer with total damage, exhausted by the disease and impaired metabolism, who underwent a complete removal of the right lung, which causes severe operative stress, develop changes in the parameters of the blood coagulation system, which worsen the course of the early postoperative period and lead to thromboembolic complications.
Застосування інфузійного комплексного препарату Реосорбілакт поліфункціональної дії для нормалізації показників згортальної системи крові з метою попередження тромбоемболічних ускладнень в оперованих хворих у ранньому післяопераційному періоді є актуальним і необхідним у хірургічному лікуванні онкологічних хворих на рак правої легені після операції правобічної пульмонектомії (тотального видалення правої легені).The use of the complex infusion drug Reosorbilact of multifunctional action to normalize the parameters of the blood coagulation system in order to prevent thromboembolic complications in operated patients in the early postoperative period is relevant and necessary in the surgical treatment of oncological patients with right lung cancer after right-sided pulmonectomy (total removal of the right lung).
Ringer-Locke solution for intravenous infusions of 800.0 ml per day was used as a comparison drug. Composition of Ringer-Lock solution: sodium chloride - 9.0 g, sodium bicarbonate - 0.2 g, calcium chloride - 0.2 g, potassium chloride - 0.2 g, glucose - 1.0 g, water for injections up to 1 liter.
In contrast to the Ringer-Lock solution, Reosorbilact contains sodium lactate alkalizing agent, which has a pronounced ability to normalize the acid-base state of the body. When the drug Reosorbilact is administered intravenously, sodium, carbon dioxide and water are released from sodium lactate, which form sodium bicarbonate, which increases the alkaline reserve of the blood. Correction of metabolic acidosis occurs gradually, as it is included
