Description
The useful model belongs to the light industry, namely to the field of production of artificial fur on a knitted basis, which is used for the production of sewing products: clothing and home textiles.
It is well known that natural fur has high aesthetic, durability and thermal protection characteristics compared to artificial fur on a fully or partially synthetic basis.
The heat-insulating properties of the fur of animals, such as sheep, are due to the presence of a dense undercoat, which creates hundreds of tiny air pockets among the hairs. Such a structure ensures the formation of an insulating air layer between the animal and the environment and allows to store heat.
But, despite the advantages, the demand among the population for natural fur is rapidly decreasing due to environmental, moral and ethical reasons. After all, the production and skinning of animal skin requires the destruction of the fur carrier and the subsequent treatment of the removed skin with the use of chemicals, as well as the creation of farms for breeding animals whose wastes pollute the environment. It is obvious that such technology causes moral, physical and environmental damage.
Since the second half of the last century, artificial fur of synthetic origin has become widely used. Artificial furs on a knitted basis are considered to more accurately imitate natural fur.
- С. 14-81).Artificial fur on a knitted basis is a pile fixed on a ground made of artificial, natural fiber or their mixture in the form of a cool weave. Various types of impregnation, such as latex, are used to strengthen the connection between the pile and the base. (AN Gontarenko et al. Technology of artificial fur. - K.: Technika, 1984. - P. 14-81).
But artificial fur loses to natural fur when used and interacts with the human body.
Products made of artificial fur have low thermal insulation and aesthetic characteristics, lead to heat exchange disturbances, accumulation of static electricity, etc. To improve this type of materials, artificial fibers, from which fur is made, are tried to give the shape of animal hair, improve the properties of soil and infiltration. Such steps lead to an increase in the cost of production, but do not always solve the problem of worse characteristics of artificial fur compared to natural fur. And they do not solve the environmental problem at all, after all
The polymer raw material for the production of synthetic fur is non-biodegradable.
Artificial fur on a knitted basis is known, which has a pile with a content of 10-100 905 natural wool (patent of Ukraine Mo 17258 C2, IPC 6 0048 1/02, 1/04). It has qualitative characteristics close to the properties of natural fur, namely: heat-protective properties, no negative effect on the human body, good elasticity and dimensional stability, and also complies with the principles of humanity because it does not require the destruction of animals. Cotton, cotton-mylar, cotton-ether or 10095 synthetic fiber can be used as a soil. Natural animal hair obtained by shearing and combing, for example, sheep's wool, with or without the addition of artificial fibers, such as nitron, curtel, dralon, verel, etc., is used as pile. to give the product appropriate physical and mechanical properties.
Wool raw materials are pre-treated with a carbonizing solution. Such fur only partially reduces the impact on the environment during its life cycle and does not meet the ethical principles of a growing population that avoids animal products.
Also known is fur with pile made of natural wool on a knitted basis, to the pile and base material, in which flax fibers are added to improve the quality and expand its range (patent of Ukraine Mo 41057, IPC 7 0048 1/02, 0048 1/04). One of the ways to make such fur is that a thermoplastic adhesive thread is tied into the soil to fasten the bundle of fibers, after which the process of thermostabilization of such fur takes place.
Although the heat-insulating and aesthetic characteristics of this fur are closer to natural ones, due to the content of products of animal origin and synthetic components, it does not fully comply with ethical and ecological principles.
The basis of a useful model is the task of creating artificial fur from raw materials of completely plant origin, which in terms of characteristics will be close to natural animal fur, namely, there is an imitation of the two-layer structure of wool and undercoat, and the method of obtaining such fur has a minimal effect on the environment.
The task is solved by the fact that in the method of obtaining fur from vegetable raw materials on a knitted basis, which includes the formation of a combed tape, knitting the ground on a knitted basis, fixing bundles of fibers of the combed tape, according to a useful model, the combed tape is formed from a mixture of hemp fibers of different lengths and viscose fibers in the ratio of 50:50--10 95, knit the base of the canvas to obtain a cotton knitted base, tie bundles of fibers of the combing tape into it, fix the bundles of fibers of the combing tape in the loops of the soil with the help of starch glue, fix the linear dimensions of the canvas and carry out the final decoration of the fur by cutting it.
In fur on a cotton knitted base, the biodegradable pile is made of combed hemp fibers of various lengths up to 7 cm, combined with viscose fibers of the same shorter length, and bonded to the soil by impregnation with starch glue.
In the method, a combed tape is formed from a mixture of 50:502410 95 combed hemp fibers of various lengths, which can reach 7 cm, and viscose fibers of a length of cm, the ground of the canvas is knitted from cotton thread to obtain a knitted base, bundles of fibers are woven into it combing tape, fix a bundle of combing tape fibers in soil loops during spreading and fix by applying starch glue. In addition, at the stage of the final decoration of the fur, if necessary, the pile is cut to different heights or shaped.
The introduction of viscose fibers of constant length into the pile made of hemp fibers of different lengths stabilizes the parameters of the pile and makes it possible to obtain a two-layer structure that imitates wool and undercoat, thus the heat-insulating properties of such vegetable fur approach the characteristics of natural fur of animal origin.
Treating the soil with starch glue provides a stronger connection of the pile with the soil and strengthens the strength of the soil itself, which improves the quality of the obtained plant fur.
Carrying out, if necessary, a pile haircut to different heights or a styled haircut creates a decorative effect that expands the assortment of the obtained plant fur.
Plant fur on a knitted basis was obtained from the following raw materials: - unbleached combed hemp fiber 3-7 cm long - 50 95, viscose fiber 4 cm long - 50 9o was used for pile; - the ground for the knitted base was knitted on a knitting machine with a "coil smooth" weave made of cotton yarn 25 tex.; - starch glue was used to fix the pile on the ground.
The method is carried out as follows: - first, a combing top is formed by preparing a mixed bed of hemp and viscose fibers in the ratio of 50:50-410 95, which is combed on a four-drum machine
