Abstract
A method of preventing obstetric complications in pregnant women with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia involves determining the level of oxyproline in the urine, the level of magnesium in the blood, and when their values exceed the norm, prescribe drugs. Additionally, the level of calcium in the blood is determined and the drug chondroitin sulfate is additionally prescribed.
Description
Спосіб належить до медицини, а саме - до акушерства та гінекології, і може бути використаний для профілактики гестаційних ускладнень у вагітних з недиференційованою дисплазією сполучної тканини (НДСТ).The method belongs to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for the prevention of gestational complications in pregnant women with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (NDST).
(11.A known method of prevention of gestational complications in pregnant women with NDST, taken as the closest analogue (11.
According to this method, the level of oxyproline in urine is investigated. Oxyproline is one of the main amino acids of collagen, which allows us to consider it a marker that reflects collagen catabolism. Determine the level of magnesium in the blood. Magnesium is necessary for the normal course of physiological and biochemical processes, which determines its most important role in ensuring the vital activity of the body. In conditions of magnesium deficiency, the ability of fibroblasts to produce collagen is impaired.
Correction of magnesium deficiency in pregnant women with NDST is performed by prescribing the drug "Magnesium Ve" 6 tablets per day for six weeks.
But this method has the following disadvantages: it is mainly intended for the correction of connective tissue dysplasia in pregnant women before conception and during critical periods of pregnancy (8-14 weeks and 24-30 weeks) and, accordingly, for the correction of NDST in the fetus. Also, the disadvantage of the known method is contraindications to its use (hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, renal failure, phenylketonuria) and side effects from the gastrointestinal tract (diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, flatulence), allergic reactions, and the risk of developing hypermagnesemia. The latter is due to the fact that the patient receives 288 g of magnesium per day, which is 6 times more than the daily need of the body. In case of kidney failure, the development of magnesium poisoning is possible: a decrease in blood pressure, nausea, vomiting, depression of the central nervous system, decreased reflexes, changes in the ECG, respiratory depression, coma, cardiac arrest and respiratory paralysis, anuric syndrome. The disadvantage of this method of treatment is the high cost of the treatment, the weak effectiveness of this method in the presence of calcium deficiency in the patient's body.
The task of a useful model is to eliminate these shortcomings.
The task is solved by the fact that in the method of preventing obstetric complications in pregnant women with NDST, which includes determining the level of oxyproline in the urine, the level of magnesium in the blood, and which, when their values exceed the norm, the prescription of drugs, according to a useful model, additionally determine the level of calcium in the blood and additionally prescribe the drug chondroitin sulfate.
The method is carried out as follows: determine the level of oxyproline in the blood and urine of pregnant women with gestational complications during NDST, as well as evaluate the level of calcium and magnesium in the blood, and
With 5 of their values below the norm, magnesium chelate is prescribed for 1 capsule once a day, calcium Oz for 1 chewable tablet once a day, infusion of riboxin 100 mg (5.0 ml of 2 95 solution), chondroitin sulfate (chondrograd 100 mg / ml , chondroitin 250 mg) on 1 capsule 1 time a day for 10 days in the trimester, dipyridamole 75 mg a day on 1 tablet long-term.
