Abstract

The method of finishing packaging products consists of applying a printed image on the surface of the print by dosed spraying through a template on the location of the aroma zone of the adhesive with microcapsules containing fragrances. After that, three-dimensional labels-stickers are glued to it, during the peeling of which the aroma is released.

The utility model belongs to the printing industry, namely to the decoration of packaging products.

There is a known method of decoration of printed and packaging products, in which selective decoration of the image with varnish of single copies is ensured by spraying through a template in the locations of aromazones of varnish with microcapsules that contain aromas, and after application it is fixed with UV irradiation (1).

The disadvantage of the method is the complicated process of presentation of aromas by the "rub and smell" method, due to the search by consumers for aromazones, which practically do not stand out against the background of the entire printed surface of the print.

The useful model is based on the task of creating a method of decorating packaging products, which provides selective decoration of packages with three-dimensional labels - applications that are tangible to the touch and visible to the naked eye of the consumer, and which can be pasted in specified places on the package with adhesives with residual stickiness, which contain micro-encapsulated flavoring agents, which, when peeled off, release the aroma and do not destroy the packaging design, which will increase the effectiveness of the presentation of cosmetic, perfumery, and confectionery products.

The task is solved by the fact that in the method of decorating packaging products, which consists of applying a printed image to the surface of a printing impression, glue with microcapsules containing aromas is applied by spraying through a template in the locations of aroma zones, according to a useful model, after which the container labels-stickers, the peeling of which releases the aroma from the capsules.

The method of decorating packaging products is carried out as follows.

We obtain a print by offset, flexographic, stencil or digital printing. After that, we make a template for applying flavored glue to the fragments of the image on the package defined by the original. The prepared template is applied to the printing impression and, with the help of metered spraying, we apply aroma glue with microcapsules, which has a residual stickiness.
