【発明の詳細な説明】
（産業上の利用分野）本発明は、医薬品等の瓶詰品に貼
り付けるラベルとその瓶に添付する能書に関するもので
ある。
（従来の技術）従来の一般の医薬品等の瓶には薬品名や
製造会社名等を表すラベルとその他に薬品の効能を記し
た能書が瓶と共に箱の中に入れられていた。又、ラベル
と能書を一体化しラベル部と能書部が１枚の紙に印刷さ
れたものは瓶の外周に１周以内で巻き付け貼り付けられ
ていた。又、アメリカ等では瓶の外周にラベルを貼り、
その横に小さく折り畳んだ能書を貼り付けていた。
（発明が解決しようとする問題点）従来一般のラベルと
能書は別々に分けられ、ラベルのみ瓶の外周に貼り付け
られ、能書は瓶を入れる箱の中に小さく折り畳んで入れ
られていた。従ってラベルと能書は別々に印刷し製作し
なければならず製造コストが高く、又ラベルはラベリン
グマシンで瓶に貼り付け、能書は瓶をカートニングマシ
ンで箱詰めの際小さく折り畳んで箱の中に入れ、２工程
で処理する必要があった。この場合能書を入れる為にも
箱は必要のものとされ、その製造コストは高く、又箱詰
めの為のカートニングマシンもおのずと必要となった。
又、一部ラベルと能書を一体化しラベル部と能書部を１
枚の紙に印刷したものは瓶に最大でも瓶の外周１周分の
長さである為、能書部の場所が広く取れず詳細の説明を
必要としない薬品に限られていた。又、アメリカでは瓶
の外周にラベルを貼り、その横に折り畳んだ能書を貼り
付けて箱詰めしない状態で販売されていたが、瓶の外周
に折り畳んだ能書が出っ張りデザイン的に悪く又扱いに
くい等の問題もあった。
（問題点を解決する為の手段）以上の問題を解決する為
にラベル部と能書部を１枚の紙又はフィルムに印刷しラ
ベル兼能書を作り、その長さを瓶の外周以上の長さとす
る。請求項１の場合はその先端を剥離困難な糊で瓶の外
周に貼り付けた後巻き付け、その後端を容易に剥離と接
着が繰り返し可能な糊でラベル兼能書の上に貼り付け
る。請求項２の場合はラベル兼能書２の中央部の裏側を
剥離が困難な糊２ｃで瓶１に貼り付け、その両端を交互
に巻き付けた後、後から巻き付けた後端を容易に剥離と
接着が繰り返し可能な糊でラベル兼能書に貼り付ける。
（作 用）その場合、瓶に巻き付けられたラベル兼能書
の表面にはラベル部が表れるように表面のラベル部と能
書部を構成し印刷する。これを使用する場合、ラベル兼
能書の後端部を剥離し巻きを解き能書部の効能書きを読
み、読み終えたら瓶の外周に巻き付け後端部を押し付け
て貼り付けるか、若しくは瓶に貼り付けられたラベル部
を残して他を切り離す。
（実 施 例）本発明を図に基づき説明する。請求項１
の場合は、第１図のようにラベル兼能書の先端部と後端
部にはラベル部の薬品名やメーカー名を印刷し、その中
間部には効能書きを記した能書部を設けて構成し印刷す
ると巻き付けた場合にもラベル部が表面に現れる。請求
項２の場合はラベル兼能書の中央部にラベル部を設け、
その両側を能書部として構成し印刷すると巻き付けた場
合にもラベル部が表面に現れる。第１の実施例
第１図は請求項１のラベル兼能書２の後端を剥離した状
態を斜視図で示す。第２図は瓶の容器１に請求項１のラ
ベル兼能書２を巻き付けた状態を斜視図で示す。第３図
は請求項１のラベル兼能書２の裏側を平面図で示す。こ
のラベル兼能書２は先端のラベル部２ａと中央部の能書
部２ｂと後端のラベル部２ａ′からなり、第３図に示す
ように裏側には、その先端のラベル部２ａを容器１に貼
り付ける剥離が困難な糊２ｃを、その後端の裏側には容
易に剥離と接着が繰り返し可能な糊２ｂをラベリングマ
シンで塗布しながら巻き付け第２図のように仕上げる。第２の実施例
第４図は請求項１のラベル兼能書２の先端を剥離が困難
な糊２ｃで容器１に貼り付け、更にラベル兼能書２の表
面に容易に剥離と接着が繰り返し可能な糊２ｂを塗布し
たものを斜視図に示す。ラベル兼用能書２の表面の糊２
ｂの位置は、ラベル兼能書２を容器１の外周に巻き付け
たときに後端を保持できるようにする。第３の実施例
第５図は請求項１のラベル兼能書２の先端を剥離が困難
な糊２ｃで容器１に貼り付ける。更にラベル兼能書２の
後端に容易に剥離と接着が繰り返し可能な糊２ｂの塗布
されたシール３を貼り付け、容器１の外周に巻き付けた
ときにラベル兼能書２の後端を保持できるようにする。
又、ラベル兼能書２の先端のラベル部２ａは薬の使用期
間内は容器１に貼り付けておかねばならない為、ラベル
部２ａの裏側に塗布された剥離が困難な糊２ｃの塗布部
の最終端に第４図のようにミシン目２ｅを設け切り離し
を容易にし、能書部が不要の場合はそこから切り離す。第４の実施例
第６図は請求項２のラベル兼能書２の中央部にラベル部
２ａを設け、その裏側を剥離が困難な糊２ｃで容器１に
貼り付け、その両端を矢印４の方向に、次に矢印５の方
向と交互に巻き付けた後、矢印５側の裏面の端に塗布さ
れている容易に剥離と接着が繰り返し可能な糊２ｂでラ
ベル兼能書２に貼り付ける。この場合もラベル兼能書２
のラベル部の両側にミシン目２ｅを設けると容易に切り
離すことが可能である。本発明は薬品に限らず食品の場
合でも容器が瓶やプラスチック容器や金属で円筒状のも
のであれば内容物の説明、広告、料理方法等を記す事も
できる。
（発明の効果）従来のラベルと能書を一体化したもの
は、その長さが容器の外周の長さ以下に限定される為、
能書部に薬の成分、適応症、用法、用量、使用上の注意
等を総て書き記す事は不可能であった為一部の薬品に限
られていた。しかし本発明の請求項１の場合のラベルと
兼用の能書は容器の外周に数回巻き付けることにより長
さに制限は無く充分に能書部を設けることができる。
又、ラベル部と能書部の境にミシン目を入れることによ
り能書部を切り離し瓶にラベルを残すことができる。
又、従来は能書部は面積を多く必要とする為にラベルと
能書を別々にするものが多く、ラベルを容器に貼り、そ
の容器と小さく折り畳んだ能書を箱に入れていた。この
製造工程はラベリングマシンによりラベルを容器の外周
に貼り、更にカートニングマシンにより能書を小さく折
り畳んで容器と一緒に箱詰めする必要が有ったが、本発
明の能書を使用した場合はラベリングマシンによりラベ
ルと能書を容器に添付できる。従って箱詰めをしないで
販売することも可能となる。又、アメリカで販売されて
いるように容器に折り畳んだ能書を容器の外周に接着し
箱詰めしない場合に比べ本発明のラベル兼能書の場合
は、能書を折り畳む必要もなく、ラベリングマシンのみ
で工程を完了し、更に容器の外周に出っ張る事も無く外
観的にも優れており更に扱いやすい。又、請求項２の場
合はラベル兼能書の長さは容器の外周の約１．７倍程度
まで長くできる。以上のようにラベルと能書を一枚の帯
状の紙等で製造できる為製造コストが安くでき、能書の
為の設備を必要としない。箱詰めをしないでも販売が可
能な状態となり、その箱詰めの設備も不要となる。更に
本発明は薬品以外に円筒状の容器に入った食品等の内容
物の説明、広告、料理方法等を記載できＰＲ効果も大き
