Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention is used as a secret postcard in which the contents of transmission can be concealed and sent together with a scent. 2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, there has been a case where a postcard is sent in a form of concealing a printed content by folding a postcard into three, for example, as a product PR by direct mail. However, the scent of the product or the product image based on the scent is not simultaneously transmitted. [0003] In the case of using a tri-fold postcard to conceal the contents of transmission and to send it with a scent, simply adding fragrances to the postcard will cause the scent to become a process of processing the postcard. Furthermore, there is a problem that it is easily volatilized during mailing. Further, as described above, there is also a problem that, when easily volatilized, a plurality of scents are mixed with each other. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a tri-fold postcard in which a single or a plurality of types of scents can be reliably sent to a recipient with little volatilization of the scent during processing and mailing. [0004] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the present invention, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which is adhered by pressure is formed on at least substantially the entire surface of a substrate which is to be brought into close contact with the substrate. Is folded or laminated in a three-fold state, and the adhesive layers on opposing surfaces are brought into close contact with each other, and then peeled off from the adhesive layer. Forming an encapsulated ink layer, a non-adhesive portion formed by punching on a substrate on a surface opposite to the surface on which the microencapsulated ink layer is formed, and when the microcapsule is separated from the adhesive layer, It is characterized by having a space in which the encapsulating ink layer is not destroyed. According to the present invention, one or more scents according to the content of information to be conveyed can be added and mailed. Furthermore, during the three-fold processing and subsequent mailing, the microcapsules can be reliably sent to the recipient of the postcard while preventing the microcapsules from being destroyed by pressurization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view in which the scented tri-fold postcard according to the present invention is developed, and is a sheet three times as large as a normal postcard (standard postcard), with creases, p and q lines, and a left page. , A public information entry surface X for entry of address information, etc., and secret information entry surfaces Y1 and Y2 on the intermediate and right pages. FIG. 2 shows A-
It is sectional drawing of A '. The substrate 1 has a weak adhesive layer 2 on both sides. First, necessary information is printed (including printing) on the Y1 side, and after the printing layer 3 is formed, predetermined portions 41 and 42 on the Y2 side are mixed with microcapsules in which two types of fragrance components are respectively filled. Offset printing was performed using ink to form a perfume retaining layer 4 on the perfume retaining parts 41 and 42. Perfume holder 4
The base material on the surface Y1 where the surfaces 1 and 42 face each other is punched in advance, and non-contact portions 51 and 52 are formed. In addition to the punching process, the non-contact portion may be embossed so as to be concave toward the opposing fragrance holding portions 41 and 42. After the fragrance preservation layer 4 is provided, the postcard according to the present invention is folded in three, pressed and adhered, and mailed. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the three-folded state. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB ′ in FIG.
2 has a space 5 formed therein. The space portion 5 has an effect of preventing breakage of the microcapsules in the fragrance preservation layer 4 due to the pressure applied during the three-fold processing or mailing. The thickness of the paper substrate 1 plus the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 2 on both sides is generally in the range of 120 to 160 μm, and the thickness of the print layer 3 plus the fragrance retention layer 4 is in the range of 5 to 30 μm. Therefore, the non-contact portions 51 and 52 formed by the punching process
The space 5 can have a sufficient space, so that even if a surface pressure or a linear pressure is applied to the three-folded scented postcard according to the present invention, the scent retention layer 4 can be prevented from being applied. In the present embodiment, the width of the non-contact portion is set to about 1/4 of the width of the surface Y1, but a sufficient effect can be obtained when the width is increased to 1/2. However, in the case where the processing of the non-contact portion is performed by embossing, the effect is not so great as that of the punching process, and the width of the non-contact portion is desirably 1/4 or less of the surface Y1. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state where the recipient of the tri-fold postcard according to the present invention has opened the cover. The recipient is a fingertip or the like, and the incense holder 41, 42
By rubbing, two types of scents can be easily volatilized. As the postcard substrate 1 of the present invention, white high-quality paper is usually used, but a plastic film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, or vinyl chloride, which has been subjected to corona discharge treatment or mat treatment, can also be used. A weak adhesive layer 2 is formed on both surfaces of the substrate 1. Note that pages X and Y2 appearing in three-fold form
There is no need to form the weak pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 on the back surface. As the weak pressure-sensitive adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive mainly composed of SBR (styrene / butadiene / rubber) as a resin component, water as a volatile component, and microsilica as a pigment component can be used. In addition,
In order to improve the adhesion between weak adhesives, a small amount of NR
(Natural rubber) or PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) may be added. As an additive for improving printability, various dispersions or nonmetallic powders may be used in addition to microsilica. In this example, the following mixture was used. SBR 20 to 25 parts Water 65 to 70 parts Microsilica 10 parts NR Trace PMMA Trace adhesive The method of applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive when forming a weak pressure-sensitive adhesive layer includes a spray method, a flexographic printing method, and a gravure printing method. . The method of printing or printing graphics on the adhesive layer 2 may be offset printing, flexographic printing, gravure printing, heat-sensitive printing by a printer, jet printing, or the like. As a method of providing the perfume-retaining layer 4 in the perfume-retaining part, a method using the above-described microcapsule-mixed ink in which the fragrance component is enclosed is generally used, and the printing method is offset or silk-screen printing. In this embodiment, two kinds of perfumes are encapsulated in microcapsules having an average particle diameter of 5 μm or less, and scent holding portions 41 and 42 are formed by offset printing using offset ink dispersed in a varnish, respectively. Provided. The silk screen forms a thick print layer of 10 μm or more and can contain a large amount of microcapsules, and is suitable for volatilizing a strong scent with repetition. However, productivity is not as good as offset. In FIG. 2, the fragrance preservation layer 4 is superimposed on the printing layer 3, but this simply matches the pattern and scent of each of the two kinds of perfume products to the recipient of the scented postcard according to the present invention to make it easier to understand. For this reason, it is not always necessary to overlap the two layers. In addition, since the fragrance retention layer is translucent, if the recipient does not know which part has the fragrance retention part, "rub it with your fingertips."
It is sufficient to provide a note such as Further, a fragrance giving a favorable impression to the recipient may be added irrespective of the pattern. The present invention can be sufficiently applied not only to three-fold postcards but also to mailings and booklets composed of a plurality of pages obtained by folding a continuous form into bellows. According to the present invention, when conducting a new product PR or the like by direct mail, the fragrance of the product is easily transmitted without sending a sample of the fragrance product as before, while preventing volatilization during mailing. Can be delivered reliably. Also, a plurality of scents can be included in one postcard, and the scents can be delivered without being mixed with each other. In addition, since it is possible to add a scent according to the print information and send it in a confidential manner without being limited to the scent of the product, it is possible to convey a high-dimensional image that cannot be obtained only from the visual sense.
Even in tasteless various notices such as blood tests and taxes, it is possible to add a fragrance like fittin chit experienced in forest bathing with a relaxing and stress relieving effect,
It will draw the recipient's attention far more than previous postcards. [0009]
