When a tri-fold postcard is used to conceal the contents of a transmission and to send it with a scent, simply adding an fragrance to the postcard will cause the scent to be processed during postcard processing. There is a problem that it easily volatilizes. Further, as described above, there is a problem in that a plurality of fragrances are mixed with each other when they are easily volatilized. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a tri-fold postcard that has little volatilization of fragrance during processing and mailing and can reliably deliver a singular or plural kinds of fragrance to a recipient.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the present invention, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed on at least almost the entire surface of a base material to be adhered, and the base material is folded or laminated to face each other. In a postcard in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers are adhered to each other and peeled from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a microcapsule-mixed ink layer encapsulating an aromatic component is formed on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer surface, and this layer is the final product of the postcard of the present invention. The recipient scrapes the capsule by rubbing it with his fingertip so that the scent evaporates. Further, since the microcapsules are easily broken by pressure, a non-adhesive portion is provided in advance on the base material in a portion facing the scent holding portion having the microcapsule ink layer by punching or the like.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a scented tri-fold postcard according to the present invention, which is a sheet three times as large as a normal postcard (standard size postcard) and is provided with folding lines and p and q lines. It is composed of a public information entry surface X on which address information and the like are entered, an intermediate page and secret information entry surfaces Y1 and Y2 on the right page. FIG. 2 is A- of FIG.
It is a sectional view of A '. The base material 1 has weak adhesive layers 2 on both sides. First, necessary information is printed (including printing) on the Y1 surface, a printing layer 3 is provided, and then predetermined portions 41 and 42 of the Y2 surface are mixed with microcapsules enclosing two kinds of scented aroma components. Offset printing was performed using ink, and the aroma retaining layer 4 was provided on the aroma retaining portions 41 and 42. Fragrance part 4
The base material of the surface Y1 on which the Nos. 1 and 42 face each other is stamped in advance to form the non-adhesive portions 51 and 52. In addition to punching, the non-contact portion may be embossed so as to have a concave shape with respect to the facing aroma retaining portions 41 and 42. After the fragrance layer 4 is provided, the postcard according to the present invention is folded in three, pressed against each other, and mailed. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the three-fold state. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB ′ of FIG.
2 has a space 5 formed therein. The space portion 5 has an effect of preventing the microcapsules in the aroma retaining layer 4 from being broken due to the pressure applied during tri-fold processing or during mailing. The total thickness of the paper substrate 1 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layers 2 on both sides is generally in the range of 120 to 160 μm, and the total thickness of the printing layer 3 and the aroma retaining layer 4 is in the range of 5 to 30 μm. Therefore, the non-contact parts 51 and 52 by the punching process
The space 5 can be sufficiently set so that the fragrance layer 4 is not applied even if surface pressure or linear pressure is applied to the three-folded scented postcard according to the present invention. In the present embodiment, the width of the non-adhesive portion is set to about 1/4 of the lateral width of the surface Y1. However, when the width is increased to 1/2, a sufficient effect was observed. However, when the non-contact portion is processed by embossing, the effect of punching is not obtained, and the width of the non-contact portion is preferably 1/4 or less of the surface Y1. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state in which the recipient of the tri-fold postcard according to the present invention opens the cover. The recipient is a fingertip, etc.
It is possible to easily volatilize two kinds of scents by rubbing.

The postcard substrate 1 of the present invention is usually made of white fine paper, but a plastic film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, or vinyl chloride which has been subjected to corona discharge treatment or mat treatment can also be used. Weak adhesive layers 2 are formed on both sides of the base material 1. It should be noted that pages X and Y2 that appear on the table in three fold
It is not necessary to form the weak pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 on the back surface of the. For the weak pressure-sensitive adhesive, SBR (styrene-butadiene-rubber) as the resin component, water as the volatile component, and microsilica as the main component as the pigment component can be used. In addition,
To improve the adhesion between weak adhesives, a small amount of NR
(Natural rubber), PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) or the like may be added. As the additive for improving printability, various dispersions and non-metal powders may be used in addition to microsilica. In this example, the following proportions were mixed and used. SBR 20-25 parts Water 65-70 parts Micro silica 10 parts NR Trace PMMA Trace As a method for applying the adhesive when forming the weak adhesive layer, a spray method, a flexo printing method, a gravure printing method, etc. are used. . The method of printing characters or graphics on the adhesive layer 2 may be offset printing, flexography, gravure, etc., as well as heat-sensitive printing by a printer or jet printing. As a method for providing the aroma retaining layer 4 on the aroma retaining portion, a method using the microcapsule mixed ink encapsulating the aroma component is generally used, and the printing method is offset or silk screen printing. In this embodiment, two kinds of perfume are encapsulated in microcapsules having an average particle diameter of 5 μm or less, and offset inks dispersed in a varnish are used to form scent-holding portions 41 and 42 by offset printing to form the scent-holding layer 4. It is provided. The silk screen can form a thick printing layer having a thickness of 10 μm or more and can contain a large amount of microcapsules, and is suitable for repeating a strong scent and repeating it. However, productivity is not as good as offset. In FIG. 2, the fragrance layer 4 is overlaid on the printed layer 3, but this is merely to make it easier for the recipient of the scented postcard according to the present invention to match the patterns and scents of the two types of perfume products. This is because it is not always necessary to overlap the two layers. Also, since the fragrance layer is semi-transparent, if the recipient cannot easily tell which part has the fragrance part, "rub it here with your fingertips."
It is only necessary to provide cautionary notes such as. Furthermore, a scent that gives the recipient a favorable impression may be added, regardless of the pattern. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be sufficiently applied not only to tri-fold postcards, but also to mailings and booklets composed of a plurality of pages obtained by folding a continuous form into bellows.
