The useful model belongs to the technology of medicinal forms and therapeutic dentistry, and this form can be used in a therapeutic scheme when providing assistance to patients with lesions of the oral mucosa and periodontium of various etiologies, in particular traumatic (mechanical) injuries, which are possible not only in domestic conditions, but also often occur in athletes engaged in power sports and have a problem with the rapid recovery of epithelial tissues.
One of the means that has the ability to accelerate the regeneration processes of epithelial tissues at the cellular level and at the same time minimize the symptomatic signs of inflammation in the oral cavity is methyl salicylate, an active pharmaceutical ingredient - an organic methyl ester of salicylic acid, which was first extracted and isolated from oil plants of the species

When applied locally, methyl salicylate causes a feeling of warmth (menthol), reduces the effect of tension, relieves spasm, pain and eliminates the local effect of irritating substances, in particular lactic acid. By irritating the sensitive receptors of the skin, it improves capillary outflow. The effectiveness of methyl salicylate begins immediately with the covering layers (skin or epithelial tissues), moves to muscles and blood vessels, and then its action can spread to joints, tendons and even some internal organs. Thus, methyl salicylate, which passes through the skin and epithelium, is able to reduce local pain sensations and has a wound-healing, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect.
Метилсаліцилат є активним компонентом багатьох лікувальних та гігієнічних форм і, зокрема, входить до складу ополіскувача для порожнини рота "ІЗТЕВІМЕФ" як протимікробний, ранозагоювальний засіб, що стимулює кровообіг та знижує розвиток таких захворювань як стоматит, карієс, пародонтит, гінгівіт, пародонтоз (Продукція ГІЗТЕВІМЕФ Головна адеїепсеMethyl salicylate is an active component of many medicinal and hygienic forms and, in particular, is included in the mouth rinse "IZTEVIMEF" as an antimicrobial, wound-healing agent that stimulates blood circulation and reduces the development of such diseases as stomatitis, caries, periodontitis, gingivitis, periodontitis (Products of GIZTEVIMEF The main adeiepse

The inclusion of methyl salicylate in the composition of the dental medicated film contributes to the controlled and faster absorption of the active pharmaceutical ingredient through the mucous membrane, and the resorptive effect occurs without injuring the tissue affected by the inflammatory process. Sodium carboxymethylcellulose and polyvinyl alcohol make up the polymer base of the dental medicated film with adhesive properties, the aqueous solutions of which have a viscous consistency and form an elastic film when dried. In addition, the presence of polyvinyl alcohol in the composition of the film provides a prolonged effect, which is explained by the presence of hydrogen bonds between adjacent links of its macromolecules. Polyethylene oxide-400, which is low-toxic and prevents microbial contamination, gives the film moderate osmotic activity and drying effect on periodontal tissues. Glycerin, propylene glycol and twin-38O present in the film provide it with the necessary elasticity, hydrophilicity and osmoticity, that is, the ability of the active substance to penetrate through the mucous membrane and gums.
Saccharin in the composition of the product plays the role of a taste corrector. Purified water is a solvent.
When selecting the required concentration of the active substance in dental medicated films, methyl salicylate is used as a basis.
