Abstract
Спосіб біофорезу ранових поверхонь вітаміном D дозуючими пластинами з півкулями з цинку полягає у тому, що ранові дефекти обробляють сухими стерильними серветками, адсорбуючи рановий вміст. Потім рану обробляють стерильними серветками з розчином хлоргексидину, рану накривають стерильною серветкою і поверх неї накладають тонку силіконову пластинку з цинковими півкулями порами донизу. Безпосередньо в порожнину силіконової пластини за допомогою трубки вводиться вітамін D. Після введення вітаміну D в силіконову пластинку одна трубка залишається під'єднаною до шприца, а друга закривається заглушкою. Зверху на пластину накладається електрод (анод), а катод (негативний електрод) розміщують під ураженою ділянкою (кінцівкою).
