Abstract
Спосіб біофорезу ранових поверхонь вітаміном В5 дозуючими пластинами з магнітними півкулями включає обробку ранових дефектів сухими стерильними серветками, адсорбуючи рановий вміст. Потім рану обробляють стерильними серветками з розчином хлоргексидину, рану накривають стерильною серветкою і поверх неї накладають тонку силіконову пластинку з магнітними півкулями, порами донизу, безпосередньо в порожнину силіконової пластини за допомогою трубки вводиться водорозчинний вітамін В5. Після введення вітаміну В5 в силіконову пластинку одна трубка залишається під'єднаною до шприца, а друга закривається заглушкою, зверху на пластину накладається електрод (анод), а катод (негативний електрод) розміщують під ураженою ділянкою (кінцівкою), сила струму, яка діє на ранові дефекти, становить від 5 до 80 мкА, струм іонізує вітамін В5, придає іонам односпрямований рух в рану з лікувальною метою.The method of biophoresis of wound surfaces of vitamin B5 dosage plates with magnetic hemispheres involves the treatment of wound defects with dry sterile wipes, adsorbing the wound content.
