Abstract
Спосіб біофорезу ранових поверхонь з можливістю дозувати розчин вітаміну В5. Ранові дефекти обробляють сухими стерильними серветками, адсорбуючи рановий вміст. Потім рану обробляють стерильними серветками з розчином хлоргексидину, рану накривають стерильною серветкою і поверх неї накладають тонку силіконову пластинку порами донизу, безпосередньо в порожнину силіконової пластини, за допомогою трубки, вводять водорозчинний вітамін В5. Після введення вітаміну В5 в силіконову пластинку одну трубку залишають під'єднаною до шприца, а другу закривають заглушкою, зверху на пластину накладають електрод (анод), а катод (негативний електрод) розміщують під ураженою ділянкою (кінцівкою), сила струму, яка діє на ранові дефекти становить від 5 до 80 мкА, струм іонізує вітамін В5, надає іонам односпрямований рух в рану з лікувальною метою.Method for biophoresis of wound surfaces with dosage of vitamin B5 solution.
