Abstract
A preparation process of plasticizer for concrete mixture comprises mixing of technical lignosulphonate with salt of inorganic acid. The technical lignosulphonate is mixed in ratio of 1:9-11 with salt of inorganic acid. As salt 53-61 % aqueous solution of ballast salts of desulphurization of coke gas based on sodium thiosulphate and rhodanide is used, neutralized to pH=8-9. Additionally fusion of dicarboxylic acid of fraction of C2-C6 is added in quantity of 0.3-0.5 from mass of technical lignosulphonate. The obtained mixture is bubbled to homogeneous state.
