The subject of the invention is a set of fasteners for the drainage system, which is used in roof drainage systems made of non-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composition, as well as balcony, terrace of the house and other similar roofs with a gutter, the front edge of which protrudes in front of the roof plane.

Roof drainage systems made of plastics, in particular non-plasticized PVC, are widely used in construction technology. Compared to metal gutters, they are relatively resistant to atmospheric factors, but they age faster under the influence of sunlight, which is manifested in a decrease in their impact resistance. On roofs that are exposed to strong sunlight, PVC gutters can deform over time and also change color; and this effect increases with dark colors of the elements. The method of connecting individual sections of the gutter, corners and sewer pipes affects the durability of the entire system, regardless of the material from which it is made. On the one hand, due to the high thermal expansion of PVC, it is necessary to use compensating elements (sliding fittings) that prevent deformation of the gutters under the influence of high temperature. On the other hand, the mobility of the drainage system is its undesirable characteristic, because the constant movement of long system elements (gutters, downpipes) can lead to their damage.

From the description of the US patent Mo 5 5,437,138, a method of manufacturing and installing a rainwater gutter is known, in which the PVC gutter is attached along the canopies using a chemical welding process, so that the PVC material in the gutter connector and fuse forms a monolith. A special clamp is used to connect adjacent elements during the welding process to ensure that these parts are tightly connected to each other.

From the description of the Chinese utility model CM202391028, a multi-layer gutter is known, consisting mainly of two gutters located one inside the other, between which an empty space remains, which is intended to increase the rigidity of the gutter.

The task of the invention is to create a set of fasteners for the drainage system, made of a composition of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC), as simple as possible in installation and maintenance, which simultaneously provides increased rigidity of the structure and resistance to deformation with the simultaneous use of a mechanism for compensating system deformations that occur under the influence of temperature changes .

The invention is a set of fastening of a drainage system with a rectangular, square or trapezoidal cross-section of a gutter, made of a composition of non-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which includes a gutter, as well as gutter connectors and gutter hooks, on which there are perforated mounting elements, and includes at least one from the following parts: hook-shaped connector, gutter hook, gutter, locking insert and end cap.

The hook-shaped connector has a shelf and shoulders: frontal and fastening with a C-shaped (rectangular, square or trapezoidal) cross-section, and on the frontal shoulder there is a thickening on its edge from the outside, and on the opposite side of this thickening from the inside - at least two mounting tabs or a multiple thereof, located substantially symmetrically inwardly of the hook-shaped connector, consisting of an arm terminating in a descending locking projection, and on the mounting arm at its edge having at least two locking tabs or a multiple thereof, located mostly symmetrical, directed inside the hook-shaped connector, which end with a falling plate, which simplifies the installation of the gutter in the connector. Along the edge of each of the outputs of the hook-shaped connector there is a gasket. In a variant of the solution, a sealing groove can be provided in the walls of the connector at the output holes of the hook-shaped connector, and the walls opposite to this groove are thickened to preserve their mechanical strength, and a gasket can be pressed into it. This gasket is permanently connected to the hook-shaped connector, in particular it can be glued to it.

The gutter hook has a shelf and shoulders: a frontal and a mounting one with a C-shaped cross-section, while on the frontal shoulder, on its edge from the inner side, there is a mounting hook directed inward of the gutter hook, which consists of a shoulder that ends in a falling blocking protrusion, and on the mounting hook the shoulder on its edge has at least one blocking hook, directed inward of the gutter hook, which ends in a falling plate.

The gutter consists of a shelf and the frontal and rear shoulders, which form a trough with a C-shaped cross-section, and on the frontal shoulder at its edge there is a board that has a turn inside the gutter, which passes into a C-shaped fastening channel, open towards the edge of the frontal shoulder, has a shelf, a connecting shoulder and an open shoulder forming a mounting pocket. In the installation process, the gutter is inserted into hook connectors or gutter hooks until they are in place, and then locked with locking inserts in the hook connectors. The edge of the frontal arm of the gutter has such a shape that the locking insert, after placing it in the gutter, presses on the connecting shoulder of the fastening channel of the edge of the frontal arm of the gutter, which leads to the pushing out of the edge in the direction from the frontal surface of the hook-shaped connector and its fixation on the mounting hooks of the frontal arm of the hook-shaped connector. This connection forms a three-layer structure (hook-shaped connector - gutter - fastening insert) that has high impact resistance, in which, however, its individual parts can move along the gutter as a result of temperature changes.

The blocking insert with a C-shaped cross-section consists of the blocking insert shelf and the blocking insert shoulders: frontal and rear, the external dimensions of which correspond to the internal dimensions of the gutter. This insert during the installation of the gutter system is inserted into the outlet of the gutter pre-installed in the gutter connector and is closed on the front shoulder and the mounting rail of the rear shoulder of the gutter, which on the one hand leads to a firm pressing of the gutter to the connector on its shelf, and on the other side - stretching the gutter and firmly pressing it to the front arm of the gutter connector and the fixing arm of the gutter connector. The use of a blocking insert provides a tight fit of the gutter, especially at the corners of the gutter, to the hook-shaped connector gasket and at the same time provides the possibility of moving the gutter, which is subject to deformation as a result

From temperature changes in the hook-shaped connector. In the solution according to the invention, it is also possible to move the gutter in relation to the blocking insert.

Hook-type connectors can be a corner connector, the chute is turned at an angle of 90" (A), or have a downspout at the bottom of the chute, which serves to divert water to the downpipe.

The drainage system mounting kit according to the invention in the preferred embodiment has a gasket with an upper O-shaped or E-shaped profile and 2-5 waves. In the solution according to the invention, the use of flat spacers is not excluded. The increase in the solution according to the invention of pressing the gutter to the hook-shaped connector by using a blocking insert makes it possible to achieve a relative reduction in the height of the upper profile of the gasket and ensures a tighter fit of the gutter to the hook-shaped connector.

In the preferred version of the implementation of the drainage system fastening kit according to the invention, the locking hooks of the hook-shaped connector's fastening arm have supporting rails located on the sides, designed to strengthen and increase the rigidity of the locking hooks while simultaneously reducing the consumption of material for creating the connector.

The blocking insert can be made from a composition of non-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or other material that can be bent, for example, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) or polypropylene (PP), or from secondary raw materials. According to the preferred option, the blocking insert, made of a composition of unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC), can be thickened to increase its rigidity, especially in the case of wide gutters (135 mm and more). In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the blocking insert can have a wall thickness greater than that of the gutters. The width of the blocking insert at least corresponds to the width of the gasket. The blocking insert of the drainage system mounting kit according to the invention can have a thinned or cut side edge of the blocking insert shelf or the front and rear shoulders of the blocking insert to reduce resistance to the flow of rainwater. On the free edge of the front arm of the locking insert, a mounting bracket facing inwards of the locking insert can be attached. This bracket makes it easy to maneuver the insert inside the gutter and position it precisely.

Parts of the drainage system mounting kit according to the invention can be coated with titanium oxide, acrylic or polymethyl methacrylate.
