Abstract
A pipette is made in the form of a graduated cylinder, to upper part of which a tube is connected for changing the pressure directed downward and ending at the level of the lower part of cylinder, and to the lower part an intake-spray tube of U-shaped form is connected which horizontal section is located above the point of attachment of tube for changing the pressure to the cylinder. In order to provide for reliable retention of liquid in accidental situations, and for simplicity and convenience of manipulation at operation in the box the intake-spray tube has the volume smaller than the volume of the section of graduated cylinder located between upper division and point of attachment of tube for changing the pressure.
