Заявлена система стосується проточної системи, яка містить регулятори потоку, які дистанційно керовані у відповідності з налаштуваннями, причому введення в експлуатацію проточної системи здійснюють шляхом зв'язування регуляторів потоку, а також їх параметрів і налаштувань з розрахунковим планом перед створенням реальної фізичної проточної системи, а після встановлення запускають процес верифікації потоку для оновлення налаштувань і параметрів розрахункового плану у відповідності з фактично виміряними налаштуваннями і параметрами.
