Abstract

Свердловина буриться з поверхні до підземної материнської породи сланцю. Труба вставляється в свердловину. Отвори утворюються в трубі у гідрологічному зв'язку з щілинами в материнській породі сланцю. Внутрішня поверхня щонайменше однієї секції труби покривається речовиною, що захоплює забруднювачі. Рідина гідророзриву пласта, що містить воду, пропанти і хімічні речовини, нагнітається через трубу і в тріщини у материнській породі сланцю. Рідина повторно потрапляє до труби з материнської породи сланцю і рухається в напрямку поверхні через секцію труби з покриттям, де забруднювачі зв'язуються за допомогою покриття. Природний газ або нафта з розламаного сланцю потім знову потрапляє до труби і рухається на поверхню, де їх потрібно збирати. Секція труби з покриттям залишається в ґрунті постійно, таким чином, виключається необхідність утилізації захоплених забруднювачів.
