Проте не має відомостей про наявність у описаній композиції жарознижуючої, бактерицидної та дезінтоксикаційної дії, а також спрямованості на профілактику або лікування простудних захворювань. За прототип прийнято фітокомпозицію, яку використовують при застуді, що містить липи квітки, шипшини плоди та шавлії листя (патент України на корисну модель Мо 15993, опублікований 17.07.2006). Фітокомпозиція додатково містить квітки бузини чорної, корені оману високого, корені солодки голої та листя м'яти холодної при відповідному співвідношенні компонентів. Фітокомпозиція за прототипом має підвищений загальнозміцнюючий та оздоровлюючий вплив на організм людини при її застосуванні та має нешкідливий та практично нетоксичний склад, який не призводить до побічної дії. Проте наявні біологічно активні речовини компонентів фітокомпозиції за прототипом не дозволяють отримати достатню потогінну, протизапальну та протимікробну дію. Також описана фітокомпозиція не має компонентів, що сприяють виведенню токсичних метаболітів, що утворюються в процесі лікування, зокрема, при простудних захворюваннях.The prototype is a phytocomposition used for colds, containing linden flowers, rosehip fruits and sage leaves (patent of Ukraine for utility model Mo 15993, published on 07/17/2006). Phytocomposition according to the prototype has an increased general strengthening and healing effect on the human body when it is used and has a harmless and practically non-toxic composition that does not lead to side effects. However, the existing biologically active substances of the components of the phytocomposition according to the prototype do not allow to obtain a sufficient diaphoretic, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effect. Also, the described phytocomposition does not have components that contribute to the removal of toxic metabolites formed during the treatment, in particular, with colds.
В основу корисної моделі поставлено задачу створення фітокомпозиції комплексної дії з потогінними, протизапальними та протимікробними властивостями для полегшення симптомів застуди, активізації захисних сил організму та нормалізації загального стану організму, а також зниження розвитку ускладнень при простудних захворюваннях шляхом зміни кількісного та якісного складу фітокомпозиції.
