Abstract
Спосіб встановлення технологічного критерію якості лабораторних культур ентомофагів включає оцінку активності пошуку самицями яєць комах-фітофагів. Зразу після відродження дорослих особин лабораторних культур ентомофагів, відбирають зразки самиць, не менше ніж 150 особин, проводять прижиттєве препарування гонад і визначають функціональну їх активність, при цьому вибраковують зразки лабораторних культур ентомофагів з ознаками дисфункції складових частин гонад - гермарію або вітелярію, або оваріол, крім того, проводять оцінку імаго ентомофагів за показниками інфекційної чистоти гонад, при цьому вибраковують зразки, у яких виявлені збудники ентомопатогених грибів, бактерій та протозойних хвороб, крім того, оцінюють критерій пошукової здатності самиць ентомофагів, при цьому використовують тільки фізіологічно мотивованих самиць, після їх спаровування та згодовування їм вуглеводневої дієти у вигляді 20 %-ного водного розчину меду.The method of establishing the technological criterion for the quality of laboratory cultures of entomophages involves the evaluation of the activity of search by females of insects of phytophagous females.
