Блок обробки сигналів містить модуль нормалізації та згладжування, а також модуль усереднень за період часу, а блок оптимізації містить модуль розрахунку змін, диференціальних та інтегральних оцінок змін, модуль обробки змін за кожним із факторів впливу на величину керуючого впливу, модуль оптимізації завдань регулювання за критерієм максимізації переробки руди з урахуванням її фізико-механічних властивостей та модуль обробки завдань захисту від перевантаження технологічного обладнання, причому останні модулі прямим/зворотним зв'язком між собою. Заявлений винахід підвищує продуктивність процесу, знижує енергоємність виробництва, запобігає перевантаженню та простою обладнання, забезпечую одержання високоякісного продукту та підвищує ефективності подрібнення рудної маси.The invention relates to the mining industry.
