Abstract

According to the teachings of the present embodiment there is provided a system for controlling water use including: a processing system including at least one processor and configured to receive monitoring data from at least one water source and send control data to at least one water consumption application, the water source including at least one water treatment system, the control data to enable improved matching of temporal production characteristics of at least one water source to temporal consumption demands of at least one water consumption application.
