Abstract
A method for decarbonization of coke-pitch ovens comprises inleakage of air before and after the coke drawing through the riser pipe from top to bottom, coking box into the collector, aspiration of the gases of decarbonization and their purification. The aspiration of the gases of decarbonization is carried out through the hatch, which diameter is 3-5 diameters of the actuator accesses of decarbonization. The purification of gases is realized after theirs aspiration from the box by means of the arranged burning sequentially in two stages. At the first stage – before the delivery into the collector to the residual of inflammable components 1-4 volume per cent, at the second stage after the collector to 0.2-0.8 volume per cent.
