Abstract

Способ предназначен для добычи металлов, благородных металлов и редкоземельных металлов из отходов. Для обеспечения способа, который позволяет осуществить эффективную утилизацию, в том числе электронных отходов, предлагается, что отходы и материалы (А), содержащих углерод, в газогенераторе (2) прямого процесса с подвижным слоем сыпучего материала, который имеет зону (13) восстановление и зону (7) окисления, в присутствии щелочных веществ при восстановительных общих условиях при общем значении лямбды, что составляет менее 1, окисляют газами (11), содержащих кислород. Возникающий при этом синтез-газ отводят в верхней части (16) газогенератора прямого процесса, и металлы, благородные металлы и редкоземельные металлы в форме оксидов и / или в элементарной форме, по крайней мере частично, связывают щелочными веществами, причем их получают из технологического процесса с помощью физических методов разделения в форме обогащенной смеси (в).
